Questions, feedback or bug reports?
Tell us which browser and device you used, what you expected, and what happened. Never attach camera recordings, passwords, verification codes or other private content.

Write to lisheng3698@gmail.com for product feedback, support, privacy requests, copyright notices or corrections to a guide. There is no contact form and no support account to create; selecting the email link opens the mail application configured on your device.
A useful subject line names the page or feature. Include enough detail to understand the request, but remove personal or confidential information that is not needed. Response time is not guaranteed, and the address does not provide emergency, medical or legal support.
Send a reproducible technical report
For a camera, tracking, audio or export problem, include the page URL without personal query data, browser name and version, operating system, device type, and the exact sequence that produced the issue. Say whether the browser displayed a camera prompt, which hand was affected, whether low-performance mode changed the result, and whether another site could use the same camera.
Before writing, confirm the site has camera permission, close other apps using the camera, use soft front lighting, reload the page and test a comfortable audio volume. The microphone is not required. A text description or a cropped interface screenshot is usually safer and more useful than a camera recording.
Make a privacy request
Use the subject Privacy request and describe the information or communication you want us to locate. The instrument has no user account and keeps camera frames, hand landmarks and loop audio on the device, so we normally cannot retrieve those items from a visitor. Email correspondence and hosting records are separate and may require enough detail to locate the relevant record.
Do not send identity documents unless we first explain why verification is necessary. Requests concerning information controlled independently by Cloudflare, Google, YouTube or another linked service may also need to be sent to that provider under its own privacy process.
Report a rights issue or factual error
For a copyright or trademark concern, identify the exact GestureSynth.me URL, the work or mark involved, your relationship to the rights holder, and the change you request. For a factual correction, quote the specific statement and provide a reliable source when one is available.
Please use good-faith notices. We may ask a short follow-up question before changing or removing material, especially when a song's public-domain status, an attribution or a technical claim varies by territory or source.
